Elastomer Change Out (ECO) is the process of removing and replacing the static and dynamic seals that are used in pharmaceutical production environments.

This process, also known as soft part change out (SPCO), normally includes parts like gaskets and diaphragms from weir style diaphragm valves, but can also include O-rings, bottom outlet valves, hoses, and single use equipment.
